Having been presented with an outline 'look', build spec and visuals, it was our job to work out how best to meet the design challenges of this project. The client specified a durable but lightweight two-piece structure plus internal fittings, coming together to form a seamless, streamlined whole, easy to transport and position. The main part of our solution incorporated steel and GRP, using our 5-axis CNC machine for the more complex curved moulds.
