Bollywood Glamour in the East End

We were delighted to help bring the glamour of Bollywood to the East End of London for The Zee Cine Awards 2008, a key event in the Bollywood calendar. Brought in by ES Projects, our involvement was two-part; firstly we were asked to provide several scenic elements including a 14 metre wide proscenium arch; several sets of treads; two large filled cloth drapes situated either side of the stage; and three large ceiling panels. Secondly, our motion control system, Qmotion, was employed to control both the automation of a scissor lift, which we provided and embedded into the stage and the tracking and motion control for a video wall at the rear of the stage. The video wall was utilised as an entry/exit point onto the stage.
