INTERPRETATION AND PROTOTYPING: After receiving the client's 3D model, usually in Rhino, we conduct preliminary structural analysis in order to derive component sizes and shapes. From this, we can identify the appropriate manufacturing methods and form of tooling. Prototypes and visual samples are then produced in order to establish a benchmark with the designer regarding the quality of performance. The appropriate tooling is then designed.
