How We Do It

PRODUCTION: Once the 3D model has been converted into files, these are used to drive our 3 and 5 axis CNC machines to make the moulds. Each FRP element is then laid-up into these moulds using the appropriate process in accordance with our quality control procedures. These are then cured and post-cured in our ovens before being de-moulded and trimmed, then assembled if relevant. Each element may undergo secondary finishing and painting.
