Portraits by Alastair Thain

These six, 5m-high large-scale portraits create a level of intimacy not usually experienced between viewer and subject. We have previous experience installing Alistair Thain's large scale portraits, but for this project came up with a method for printing the images onto white vinyl coated polyester. This negated the need for the costly installation of large panes of glass, yet insured that his stunning work could withstand exposure to the elements.
