Along with Production Company, CRICKET and Designer, James Grey we were part of the team brought in to help launch the prestigious new Land Rover 2007 Defender. We were asked to build various elements including an unusual external car plinth consisting of a steel 'I' beam, with scaffolding poles threaded through and finished in silver paint. We also built the main set, incorporating four 'I' beams which were erected vertically to form three sections, with 8mm steel cable stretched between them and separated by three large graphic panels. The two outer sections also contained 60” plasma screens mounted to the front. In addition, the Company constructed a 150mm high stage and two side stages at a further location, along with a lectern with 'I' beam detail.
