Welcome to our 2017 Apprentices!
With the success of last year’s apprenticeship scheme, run in conjunction with York College, we are very pleased to be able to welcome eight new apprentices for 2017.
The ‘Class of 2017’ will be working and learning across a number of different workshop and office departments, as well as attending York College each week for training and assessment. All will gain a formal apprenticeship qualification.
In the office we’d like to welcome Rhys Meredith in Accounting, while out in the workshops we have Matt Rodi and Aaron Sharpe in the Metalshop; Colum Fletcher and Rebecca Carlton in the Paintshop; Ben Rowson and Joshua Douglas in the Electrical Department and Jacob Cockeram training in the Woodshop as a Bench Joiner.
Welcome to you all and we hope you enjoy getting your teeth into learning a host of new skills!
Keep an eye out for an update on the progress of our 2016 apprentices in the coming weeks.
