We delivered twelve very different branded structures for this year’s MWC. Produced to an exceptionally high standard, each incorporated steel frames, curved corners and textural finishes, creating stylish, weatherproof environments in which to demonstrate Android’s latest technology.
This was our fourth year at Barcelona’s Mobile World Congress, installing the entire activation on the same 215m by 6m outdoor plot. The project requires an astute eye for manufacture and sequencing in order to ensure a sleek, high-quality installation within the tight 55-hour window. We worked with the client to reduce the volume of work undertaken on site, fully test building the entire project in one of our hangars. This enabled all technology to be tested in situ, prior to being integrated on site; and also established precisely how each element could be broken down for transportation.
Structures included an Android Hotel, Boutique, Record Store, Arcade, Digital Well-being area and a large Gallery. We provided an array of bespoke street furniture, planters, branding and signage throughout.
