This one-off FRP piece was a complex form to manufacture and drew on our experience working on projects that combine a complex artistic aesthetic with practical public function.

Working closely with the client and architect, we produced samples of the required finish and construction, dividing the 3D CAD model to create practical sized units for installation. Negative moulds were produced, our 5 axis CNC machine providing the required precision.
