UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show presented by Pepsi

It was a pleasure to deliver the performance stage for the UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show presented by Pepsi for the third consecutive year, working once again with Balich Wonder Studio.

American rock band The Killers took to the stage in the Puskás Arena in Budapest, Hungary, just moments before the match. The stage, made using ERW steel clad in ply, was repurposed from the previous year, this time around painted black in line with the new scenic direction.

New for 2026, we manufactured a lighting & video wall, as well as corner treads for the performers to access the stage. The stage top featured a mirrored finish, with individually applied diamond-shaped vinyl decals that added to the aesthetic whilst creating a non-slip surface. The set was further enhanced by the glitter scenic treatment applied to the stage trim and treads.

The LED dollies and lighting truss surrounding the stage were also re-purposed from previous years. These items, and all component pieces of the stage, were rolled on and off the pitch in under two minutes, using wheels certified for this purpose to protect the field of play for the match that was to follow shortly after.

We were also contracted for the refresh of the cup stage, including the application of new graphic decals to both the large-scale starball trophy and the truss arch above the presentation stage, with the stage itself having been refreshed on site with a new coat of paint.
