We have worked on this conference for many years and this time our brief included branding the registration area along with building the main set, main stage and an internet café. We also provided a number of masking flats and digitally printed panels. The set consisted of grey suede flats, two scenically painted columns, side panels with rear projection screens and additional side masking flats. The set also included a hydraulically controlled height adjustable lectern.
