The Receptionist works as part of the administration support function within the business.

This fast-paced role will involve working as the first point of contact for visitors to the Company as well as supporting all departments including but not limited to Reception, Purchasing, Administration, Human Resources & Project Administration.

£20,280.00 - £23,660.00 PER ANNUM (PRO RATA, DEPENDENT ON WORKING HOURS)
HOURS
30-35 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, WITH CORE HOURS BETWEEN 9AM-3PM DAILY

01 Providing a highly professional reception service, meeting and greeting all visitors and clients in a courteous professional manner, ensuring all visitors follow signing in and out procedures.
02 Responsible for call handling, field cold callers and ensure all visitors have appointments, taking all sales and general enquiries and ensuring the appropriate people are aware of the messages.
03 Responsible for the reception areas being tidy, dealing with deliveries immediately and preparing meeting rooms for client visits/meetings.
04 Ensuring client visits run smoothly from arrival and that the client experience standard is met.
05 Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
06 Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
07 Be the main point of call in the office for general enquiries.
08 Responsible for stock replenishment of office consumables.
09 Arranging couriers for collections/deliveries, dealing with all deliveries immediately, raising purchase orders and following GIA procedures, and distributing the daily post.
10 General administration support for other areas of the business including sales and projects.
