We provided a complete scenic package for this exciting Brandcast event that celebrated 10 years of YouTube, creating a series of different zones including reception, tunnel, main stage, dining, bar and demonstration area. Specially invited guests were entertained for the evening by a series of high profile speakers, YouTube stars and headline act, Rita Ora.
Double-sided flats with graphics created the entrance, leading guests into a reception area with graphic-lined walls and bespoke registration desks. We used black felt flats to form a 30m long ‘tunnel’ which we lined with graphics and also created a special 3D YouTube ’10’ logo. The corridor led guests to the main auditorium where we constructed the 31m wide main stage, incorporating two 180° revolves.
In the dining area we provided a small stage and demonstration kitchen for SORTED Food, as well as a presentation area on the mezzanine. In the bar area, we built a large 8m x 8m central bar surrounded by further graphic-lined walls. While guests were entertained and fed, we transformed the auditorium into a party area.
